Allston and Brighton are close to Interstate 90 and Storrow Drive; and have heavy traffic on Cambridge Street (35,000 cars per average week day), North Beacon Street (26,000 cars per average week day), Brighton Avenue (21,000 cars per average week day) and Commonwealth Avenue (23,000 cars per average week day).

Eating healthy reduces your risk for diabetes and cardiovascular disease, but it can depend on your ability to find healthy food stores in your neighborhood.
